Kettlebell swings and push press should be relatively light weights that you could complete unbroken when fresh but, within the workout, you should be able to complete within 3 sets
For TTB, choose a variation that you can complete sets of 5 or 6 with at the minimum during the workout
Relax grip on the bike and use mostly the legs to bike at a moderate pace
