STRATEGY: The focus of today’s workout is the Bench Press. Athletes should pace the Bike and break up the Dips as needed to go heavier on the Bench Press.
SCALING: Athletes can scale Bike distance if needed and Ring Dips if needed.
SCORING: Score will be athlete’s heaviest barbell weight
-Pace the Bike
-Go big on the Bench Press
-Quick/small sets if needed on the Ring Dips
