CrossFit Cardio

Come and try our Saturday 9am Saturday Sweat class to get a taste of what CrossFit is all about!

We focus on High Intensity Interval Training, light weight dumbbell movements, CrossFit circuits, plyometrics and indoor/outdoor cardio to round out the most comprehensive fitness class on the Island! We cover it all in one simple class. Our Saturday Sweat class is scalable for everyone. There are no heavy barbell movements and this class is great for those looking to experience CrossFit for the first time, or for those experienced CrossFitters looking to cap their week off with fun and challenging high intensity workout!  If you are ready to get started you can complete the CrossFit BDA Health Information & Liability Waiver and email it to info@crossfitbda.com.
