What is Foundations?
Foundations is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and demystify nutrition. There are 3 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach. These sessions will teach you all you need to know about doing CrossFit at CFML.

What if I have an injury?
