New to CrossFit

Curious about CrossFit and you’d like to check us out? Try your 1st class for free! Our 9am Saturday Sweat class is a challenging, high-energy fun filled hour that is a great way to experience your first CrossFit class without any commitment. If that class does not fit your schedule, then please contact us about dropping in to one of our daily classes.  You can complete the CrossFit BDA Health Information & Liability Waiver and email it to info@crossfitbda.com. We can then discuss the best way to get the most out of your CrossFit experience.

Although our classes often include technical/skilled movements, we are able to provide scaled options so that any athlete can complete the class safely, within their ability and get a great workout. If you would like to become familiar and proficient in any of the technical/skilled movements, we offer our Elements Class.  During these sessions your trainer will guide you through each of the complex movements so that you will be able to perform them with confidence during our classes.
