New to CrossFit

Curious about CrossFit and you’d like to check us out? Try your 1st class for free! You are welcome to drop-in on any of our CrossFit Cardio classes.  Our 9am Saturday morning CrossFit Cardio class is always lots of fun. You can complete the CrossFit BDA Health Information & Liability Waiver and email it to info@crossfitbda.com. Also feel free to send us an email if you would like more details.

We do not accept inexperienced CrossFitters to drop-in to our regular daily WODs. These classes often include technical/skilled movements that we need our athletes to be familiar with. If you think that you would prefer our regular classes but have no experience in CrossFit, you must first complete our Elements Class.
